A StrongHelp manual providing descriptions to the resident functions of the script language that is integrated in Ovation Pro. Converted from the Ovation Pro Script Language Reference Guide by Gavin D. Crawford.

  NudgePal    Version: 1.08 (23-Feb-06) Freeware. Requires Ovation Pro 2.61 or later.

An Ovation Pro applet that adds a palette that allows the selected objects to be nudged into a new position, or resized, by use of arrow buttons. The amount the selected objects are nudged is adjustable from the Nudge palette. Short-cut key macros can optionally be configured to perform the nudging.

  PastePos    Version: 1.01 (24-Jul-01) Freeware. Requires Ovation Pro 2.64 or later.

An Ovation Pro applet that allows objects to be cut or copied to the clipboard and pasted back into documents at the same x and y page position that they were in when originally cut or copied. PastePos also supports multiple clipboards.

  Scroller    Version: 1.00 (29-Aug-01) Freeware. Requires the !Grabber applet to be installed

A simple Ovation Pro script that sets up a key macro to allow the Grabber tool to be selected on and off using a key press. Note: the !Grabber applet must also be installed.

  PageSize    Version: 1.01 (15-Feb-04) Freeware. Requires Ovation Pro 2.67 or later.

An Ovation Pro applet that allows new page sizes to be added to Ovation Pro's list of built-in sizes that are available from the New document and Page guidelines dialogue windows.

  Wysiwyg    Version: 1.02 (13-Dec-04) Freeware. Requires Ovation Pro 2.54 or later. !OArtWrks 1.06 or later. Toolbox modules.

An Ovation Pro applet that allows fine adjustment to the ArtWorks WYSIWIG rendering level used in Ovation Pro documents. The rendering level can be set to any level between 0 and 11 in 0.1 steps.

  AlphaSort    Version: 1.00 (03-May-05) Freeware. Requires Ovation Pro 2.67 or later and arrayLib.

An Ovation Pro applet to sorts the selected text into alphabetical order. The text can be sorted in ascending order (a-z) or in descending order (z-a).

  CropMarks    Version: 1.00 (19-Jul-05) Freeware. Requires Ovation Pro 2.61 or later.

An Ovation Pro applet to add crop marks around selected objects.

  StepRepeat    Version: 1.00 (19-Feb-06) Freeware. Requires Ovation Pro 2.69 or later.

An Ovation Pro applet to allow step and repeat object duplication with optional crop marks.

  URLlink    Version: 1.04 (24-Feb-06) Freeware.

Ovation Pro Array Library

arrayLib is an Ovation Pro applet that provides string array handling routines for use in other Ovation Pro scripts and applets. It's functions allow the creation and manipulation of one and two dimensional string based arrays, and it also provides some useful functions to search and manipulate the arrays.

CallOPro    Version: 1.01 (05-Feb-04) Freeware.

Call an Ovation Pro function

A small utility application that provides a simple way to call a function in an Ovation Pro applet from an external task. This allows an external task to 'control' an applet, perhaps, to wake-up the applet, or it could be used to send data to an applet by calling a function that requires the data as a parameter.

Send a file to Ovation Pro

A small utility application that provides a simple way for an external program to send a file to Ovation Pro's iconbar icon. It could be used for such things as; opening an Ovation Pro document, creating a new Ovation Pro document from a text file, running a DDL file, or executing an Ovation Pro script file.
